•Collins Commercial Properties, Inc./Raymond D. Collins Jr. Principal has represented Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. recently in securing five (5) locations in the Triad Region of North Carolina: Taylorsville Hwy Statesville NC, Hicone Road Greensboro NC, Lewisville Clemmons Road Clemmons NC, North Fayetteville Street Asheboro NC, S. Church Street Burlington NC.
•Collins Commercial Properties (“CCP”) recently represented State Employee’s Credit Union in the acquisition of 3.3 acres for a new credit union facility to be located at 270 Meadowlark Drive, Winston Salem NC that will serve northwest Winston Salem and Lewisville State Employees’ Credit Union customers. CCP has represented State Employees’ Credit Union in multiple site acquisitions in Forsyth and Davie County.
•Collins Commercial Properties represented Jemsite Development in the sale of 3.76 acres to Lidl USA at the northwest quadrant of NC Hwy 150 Peters Creek Parkway and Sides Branch Road on land peripheral to Lowe’s Home Improvement. Lidl is under construction with a +/- 36,000 SF prototype store.
•Collins Commercial Properties (“CCP”) represented Luihn Foods dba KFC in the divestiture of two (2) surplus restaurants on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro and HWY 68 in High Point, both sold to private investors. CCP previously represented Luihn Foods in locations for new KFC units throughout the Triad, assisting with 5 or more new restaurant locations.
•Collins Commercial Properties represented JE Capital in the sale of 3.3 acres at Patterson Street and Holden Road in Greensboro, sold to Wiki Wiki Car Wash, LLC. The existing industrial structure on the property was demolished for a new Wiki Wiki Car Wash facility and ancillary retail site for development.
