Collins Commercial Properties, Inc./Raymond D. Collins Jr. Principal, represented VP Jacksonville, LLC, an affiliate of Finley Properties, in the acquisition of the operating Kohl’s Department Store at 224 Harmon Mill Creek Road Kernersville NC.  The sale closed on 1-28-2021 at a sales price of $7,600,000.  The Kohl’s encompassed 86,584 SF as freestanding building on 11.80 acres, shadow anchored by a Walmart Super Center and Lowe’s Home Improvement.   The Seller, Centre Park 40 Associates, LLC was represented by Brad Busch and Stan Hoffman of St. Louis Commercial Realty.  Finley Properties was identified as the Buyer of the property immediately upon the property going to market.
